I ordered from Winnie Lou and realized after checkout that I had a small issue with my shipping address.

I emailed customer service and they got back to me the next day. It wasn’t super fast but they were friendly and fixed it without making it feel like a hassle.

I’m giving 4 stars because I would of liked a quicker reply but overall it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I like the site overall, and the products seem perfectly fine, no question about that. But I’m 100% sure the ingredient details could be way clearer and easier to track down. Some products explain things well, while others leave me guessing, which feels kind of unnecessary. Not a bad experience at all, just average for me because of that

I ordered from winnielou.com and thought it would take way longer to arrive. As someone who gets a little too eager once I place an order, I was really happy to get the shipping email so quickly, and then the package showed up just a couple days later.

Everything was packed nicely and arrived in good shape. I’m definitely the type of person who notices fast shipping, so this made a great impression on me. I’d for sure order again.

I had an issue and reached out to support, not really knowing how long it would take, and they got back to me fast. The person helping me was clear and helpful, and before I knew it the problem was fixed. Kind of nice when that happens, especially since I was already mentally preparing to spend way too much time on it.

I’m really happy with this so far. My dog’s stomach can be a little sensitive, but we haven’t had any tummy issues since starting it. It’s been a relief to find something that seems to agree with him.

I’m giving 2 stars because my order didn’t come as expected. One item was the wrong size, and another item was missing completely. Customer support did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped. Overall, just a frustrating experience

I’ve been really pleased with this food so far. The ingredients seem solid, and my dog has been digesting it really well. He seems healthier and more energetic, which makes me feel great about giving it to him. It is a little on the pricey side, but overall I’m happy with it.

My dog is into the treats from winnielou.com, and the ingredients seem solid. There’s something about it that makes me feel better giving them to him, but I did expect the pieces to be a bit bigger for the price. They’re still great for training or smaller dogs though, so I’d probably buy them again...

Winnielou.com was easy to browse, and the pages loaded just fine for me. Checkout was simple too, which is nice because some sites make that part a total pain in the ass for no reason. My only gripe is the mobile menu could be clearer, it’s a bit clunky and annoying. Overall though, it was a good experience

I went through checkout and it was smooth. The pages loaded fast, and paying didn’t take much effort at all. I did pause for a second to double-check my shipping info because something looked a little off, but once I checked it, everything went through without any real trouble.

I actually like that they seem to care about where their ingredients come from. My dog eats it happily, which is nice, because apparently he now has higher food standards than I do

My order did show up, but it felt like I got the unlucky box nobody cared about. The package was crushed and barely taped shut, like it had been thrown around before it ever got to me. Thankfully the stuff inside was okay, but the packaging just felt cheap and careless. I don’t know why mine had to arrive looking like that.

I was actually impressed... the material feels really solid, and it looks even better in person than I expected.

I ended up giving Winnie Lou 5 stars because the pricing felt reasonable. I did the usual thing where you compare a few places before buying, and reading between the lines, nothing looked like it was being quietly marked way up just because they could.
The checkout process was also easy, and the total stayed in line with what I expected. No random fees suddenly showing up at the last second, which I really appreciate. For what I paid, it felt worth it, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

I tried Winnie Lou for my dog and he did eat it, but he wasn’t exactly thrilled every time. Some days he’d finish the bowl, and other days he’d just sniff it and walk off like there was something about it he wasn’t sure about. It seems like a decent food overall, just maybe not his favorite flavor-wise. I could see it working better for dogs that aren’t as picky.

my dog has a ton of food allergies, so finding treats/food i don’t have to worry about is such a relief. winnielou makes it easy because the ingredients are clear, and she hasn’t had any itchy flare-ups since we started ordering. really happy i found them.

I was expecting the usual handful of options, but they had a solid mix. I tend to just skim and narrow things down fast by what looks closest to what I need, and there was enough variety that I didn’t feel stuck choosing between the same few products. It did take me a little longer than I wanted to actually find the right thing, so I’d take off a star for that. Overall though, nice selection.

My dog is one of those chews-it-like-it-owes-him-money types, so I didn’t expect much. Usually I give him something and then, ten minutes later, it’s gone and he’s staring at me like, okay what’s next. But these actually kept him busy for a couple evenings, which was a nice surprise. I kept checking like, wait, is he still working on the same one? No weird sticky mess either, just a few normal crumbs here and there. I ordered from Winnie Lou and it arrived without any issues. I’ll probably grab more once we’re out, assuming he doesn’t suddenly develop an even stronger jaw by then.
